What happens when I reach my cap?
You have 3 options when you have reached your monthly data limit:
- Continue on Pay-per-use (all packages are activated with PPU by default) and pay R0,95 per MB used
- Top up your bandwidth with a Bandwidth Booster. These allow you to buy bundles of extra bandwidth for less
- Opt out of Pay-per-use, which means your service will be throttled or capped unless you purchase a Bandwidth Booster
What will I need to get started?
- A desktop or laptop computer (also supports Macs). Good iBurst Wireless coverage
How do I install this on my computer?
- An installation CD is included in your modem packaging.
- This CD has everything you need to install the software yourself.

Does it matter where I put my device on my premises?
- Yes. iBurst units should not be deep within houses or businesses, preferably place your device near areas that aren’t too
built up or dense i.e. close to a window with as clear a line to base stations as possible
Can I share my iBurst connection with others?
- Yes. A router or similar device is required to share the connection between users
What happens to my unused data at the end of the month? Can I still use it?
- Yes. Any unused data will be carried over to the following month.
- Data Carry-over is applicable on both month-2-month and 24-month contracts but is limited to the monthly data allocation for which the customer has signed up .ie.Giga
customers may carry-over a maximum of 1024mb of data at month end
